Lots of parking. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable. The phone is answered quickly, no long holds. Dr Desai is an excellent doctor who listened to my concerns and explained everything in understandable terms. I received an email after the visit to review the medications that were prescribed.

Dr. Desai is the best! Good listener. Thoughtful and kindly. Knows her stuff. I moved away and drove back to Portland to check in with her to update and confirm my plan. Nobody else in the state covers what she does - such that my PCP told me to go see her for best direction and treatment. Thus, no conflicting information. She, and the Institute = worth the drive.

I've almost come to look forward to my appointments here. Staff and providers are consistently warm and attentive. I had an uncommon scalp condition which was readily diagnosed and treatment was effective. Later, they were open to and helpful with another scalp condition, this one the result of testosterone therapy. I continue to feel safe and well cared for. I highly recommend this office for derm-related concerns.

From the moment of arrival in the office where I was greeted professionally and warmly through treatment by Dr Desai, the entire experience was beyond expectation. I had a relatively minor facial anomaly that was treated quickly and efficiently and now after a very short healing period, has yielded a very pleasing result, both medically and aesthetically. Highly recommend this office for any dermatologic issues you may encounter.

Dr. Desai and her intern were both very knowledgeable about thinning hair and able to diagnose my condition. They took time to answer my many questions and I am feeling cautiously hopeful about my treatment plan, knowing that it can take a long time to see noticeable results. A follow-up appointment was easily made when I left. I would highly recommend.

The care I’ve received has been fine. Scheduling is a absolute nightmare. A week before the appointment I had waited nearly a year for they called and canceled with essentially zero apologies. After I vocalized my frustration they scheduled me with another doctor not long after my original appointment (so I had to cancel my dental cleaning (also not easy to schedule with) then they called back a hour later and canceled that appointment to because a “error” was made. Now I have to take a appointment on a day and time over a month later that interferes with a medical school exam or risk waiting another 6 months for a important cancer screening. So frustrating!

Everyone in the office is very friendly and as a patient you get in to see the doctor very quickly. My biggest concern is I live in Damascus and one goes through a lot of traffic and freeways to get downtown to the office. I wish they had a closer location for the people in the suburbs to go.

I have been a patient for at least 13 years. I always receive excellent care. I was recently diagnosed with FFA, and they have really been on the ball making sure that the treatments have been working for me. I have seen most, if not all, providers, all they are all great!
